Project Roar reserves the right to make changes to its Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Each time you use the Project Roar Site, you should visit and review the then current Terms and Conditions of Use that apply to your use of the Site and any transactions made while on the Site. If you are dissatisfied with Project Roar's content or Terms and Conditions of Use, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Project Roar Site.

You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Project Roar's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Project Roar; and any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Project Roar.

SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Project Roar and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products available for purchase from Project Roar. However, Project Roar makes no warranties that the product descriptions and any other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

RETURNS
We make every effort to ensure our customers’ complete satisfaction. If a product sold and fulfilled by Project Roar is not as described, you may return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund (less original shipping fees), pending the following:

• Any product returned must be in unused resalable condition.
• The original invoice must be included with your return.
• Return shipping and postage fees are your responsibility.
• A reason for return must be provided.
• Any product returned must be packaged in its original packaging.

If the return is due to a defective product or our error, please call or e-mail first and we will also pay return shipping costs.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, Media Mail or best USPS method available. We also use United Parcel Service or FedEx as needed. Expedited service is available by calling.

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted in United States funds only. Projectroar.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. Check and money order payments are available by printing and mailing an order form available on the Contact Us page.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THIS SITE AND THE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ARE PROVIDED BY PROJECT ROAR ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PROJECT ROAR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. FURTHER, PROJECT ROAR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT CONTENT OR ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE FROM THE PROJECT ROAR SITE ARE APPLICABLE TO, OR APPROPRIATE FOR USE IN, LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
